Bank Accounts

Accounts can be established in person at our Head Office located on Redcliffe Street or by downloading the relevant documentation and forwarding it to our offices by e-mail or mail.

Savings Account (Top)

Thank you for your interest in establishing a savings account (personal/joint) in our books. To begin the process, the following documentation must be provided by each signatory:         

·         Valid Photo ID (Passport/National ID) for each signatory;
·         Original recent utility bill;
·         Original letter of reference from Credit Bureau/Financial Institution (non-residents only)

The minimum amount required to open a savings account is XCD25.00.  For deposits over XCD27,000 (USD10,000), a Declaration of Source of Funds form should be completed.

Chequing Account (Top)

Thank you for your interest in establishing a chequing account (personal/joint) in our books. To begin the process, the following documentation must be provided by each of the signatories

·         Valid Photo ID (Passport/National ID) for each signatory;
·         Original Recent utility bill;
·         Original letter of reference for each signatory;

The minimum required to open a chequing account is XCD1,000 or for a foreign currency account USD1,000.  For deposits over XCD27,000 (USD10,000), a Declaration of Source of Funds form should be completed.

Corporate Accounts (Top)

Thank you for your interest in establishing a Corporate Account in our books. To begin the process, the following documentation must be provided by each of the signatories        

·         Valid Photo ID (for signatory, director, principal owner)
·         Original Bank references;
·         Original/Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation;
·         Certificate of Good Standing;
·         Original/Certified copy of Organizational Minutes appointing Directors;
·         Original Corporate Resolution to open account appointing bankers, signatories to the account and the signing authority;
·         Proof of underlying beneficial owner(s) (If Antiguan registered offshore company);

Fixed Deposits (Top)

Thank you for your interest in establishing a fixed deposit account (personal/joint) in our books. To begin the process, the following documentation must be provided by each of the signatories

·         Valid Photo ID (Passport/National ID) for each signatory;
·         Original Recent utility bill;
·         Original letter of reference for each signatory; 

The minimum to open a fixed deposit account  is XCD5,000 and a Declaration Source of Funds should be completed.
