Corporate Accounts

Thank you for your interest in establishing a personal account in our books.

We require:
  1. An apostilled copy of the Certificate of Incorporation
  2. An apostilled copy of the Certificate of Good Standing
  3. An apostilled copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association or By-Laws
  4. An original or certified copy of the Organizational Minutes appointing Directors
  5. From beneficial owners: Full residential address and contact information (telephone, fax, email) along with a copy of a current utility bill as proof of residency
  6. From account signatory(ies): Full residential address and contact information (telephone, fax, email) along with a copy of a current utility bill as proof of residency
  7. Original bank reference letter(s) for each signatory advising:
    1. The date the account was established
    2. That it is maintained in good standing
    3. That the individual is recommendable for a banking relationship
  8. Notarized photocopy of passport pages showing picture(s), personal data and signatures(s) for all account signatories

Once the documentation is duly completed and the relevant information obtained, kindly send it to our Head Office via regular mail or courier for processing.
