Can I establish
an account without visiting the Bank?
While we enjoy meeting
all our clients, accounts can be established via
a combination of fax, courier and internet. Our

Can I operate my account
remotely? Can I check the balance and manage my money?
We offer a selection
of remote banking tools to assist you in operating your
account. You can manage your funds via:

- Fax — signature(s)
on the fax must agree with signature(s) on file
What is the minimum
deposit required to open and maintain my account?
A minimum deposit
of 5,000 is required in the currency of the account you
are opening. While you are not required to maintain
a minimum deposit, a monthly service charge
of 10.00 is levied for balances dropping below 5,000.

How can I deposit funds
to my account?
For immediate credit, the
best way to deposit funds to your account is via wire
transfer. Wire transfer details are available on our
website at Money
Transfers or by contacting the Bank directly. Bank
drafts and travelers cheques are also accepted however
you must allow for a 21 working day clearing period.
Do you offer interest
bearing accounts?
We offer Certificates
of Deposits to both our private and corporate customers
while savings accounts are also available for
individuals.

international credit cards?
We offer both VISA and
Master Card credit cards for both individual and corporate
clients.
How can I withdraw cash
from my account?
You can access your funds
via credit card through either direct purchase or cash
withdrawals at ATMs; wire transfers virtually worldwide;
draft requests or simply by taking cash from our teller.
Is my account
information going to be reported to any third parties?
All transactions and
business affairs of our clients are confidential and
legally protected. The law of Antigua provides criminal
penalties for any disclosure of the business affairs
of customers regarding banking or trust matters. Bank
clients need not be concerned with this issue.
It is only relevant to those who are the subject
of a criminal investigation involving an alleged
criminal offence and when the High Court of Antigua has
ordered the disclosure of information. In other words,
the privacy of customers’ banking information remains
fully confidential unless it can be established
in a court of competent jurisdiction that a crime has
been committed (Rules
and Legislation).
Will my income
be subject to taxation?
Income generated
on accounts maintained with us is not subject to any
form of taxation (Rules
and Legislation).
